24 Year Old Beat The Odds to Become UDA Women Rep Flag Bearer in Bomet
24 year old Linet Chepkorir alias Toto shocked many after thrashing all her competitors to become the United Democratic Alliance {UDA} women representative flagbearer in Bomet County.

Linet started her campaigns last year with many residents downplaying her quest to fill the position. The then Bomet County women representative Joyce Korir opted to run for the Bomet East member of parliament paving way for many aspirants to try their luck in party primaries.
Linet who hails from Bomet East sub county, and an alumnus of Chuka University gave a try to become the next women Mp to and to suprise, won by landslide beating hands down Stacy Chepkemoi, Brenda Chepgnetich and two other candidates.
According to her, the journey has been tough and despite her coming from a humble background, she has chosen the path.
In her acceptance speech on her official twitter handle, he thanked the residents of Bomet for her great victory.
“ We have won! Thank you very much to the residents of Bomet for giving me the mandate to contest for the Women Rep seat on UDA ticket. I am a testimony to God's greatness. God bless you."
The residents set their eyes on Linet as she prepares for the final elections to be held in August with hopes that her competitors will support her to avoid stiff contest with independent candidates.
