Ingredients

(For two glasses of smoothie)

2 medium-sized bananas

1 large mango

500ml of vanilla yoghurt

Honey/Sugar

Preparation

Wash the fruits, peel and cut them up into pieces.

Method

Place the fruits in a blender.

Add in all the other ingredients and blend.

 

You can add other ingredients such as mint, spinach, celery or any other fruit you prefer. Sweeteners are entirely optional.
