Another KQ Passenger Dies on A Flight From Nairobi to New York

Kenya Airways, the country's most popular airline, confirmed today the death of another passenger on a flight from Nairobi to New York.  This comes barely two weeks when a passenger was reported dead on the flight.

The passenger became unresponsive around 6.30 a.m. on September 2 while traveling on flight KQ002 to New York, according to the airline's report. Further medical examinations on the passenger revealed that the passenger had died.

"A passenger was found to be unresponsive. Upon further medical examination, personnel confirmed that the passenger had passed away," KQ stated.

The flight had left Nairobi on September 1 at 11.55 p.m. 

"The flight had departed Nairobi per schedule on Thursday, September 1 at 11.55 pm," KQ stated.

“We convey our deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased and sincerely apologize to our other guests for the inconvenience,” KQ added.

On August 22, flight KQ003 was forced to make an emergency landing in Casablanca, where Moroccan medical personnel attempted to assist but discovered that the passenger, a Kenyan man, was already unresponsive.
