Big Win for Miguna Miguna After this Court`s Decision {VIDEO}
Miguna Miguna Canadian attorney and a Barrister can now smile. This is after the Court of Appeal declined to suspend a judgment of the High Court that found the move to declare Dr. Miguna Miguna a prohibited immigrant, and his deportation two years ago as illegal.
Christine Juma On the other hand, the judges declined to rubbish away an award of Ksh 7.2 million as compensation of damages that Dr. Miguna Miguna underwent in February 2018 after swearing-in ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga as the People`s president.
The move was termed illegal and unconstitutional. The Ceremony took place at Uhuru Park Nairobi.
However, Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang`i denied spearheading in masterminding the destruction of Miguna`s home.
