Unemployment rate in Kenya is alarming especially with graduates overcrowding the market industry. Universities are producing over 2Million graduates yearly hence the flooding. Speaking to Stella: a recent graduate at the University of Nairobi she states how difficult it has been securing a job in Kenya. She started off her mtumba Business after job hunting bore no fruits.
“I have applied for job numerous times, attended so many interviews but Employers never get back to me. It is tiresome, hectic, frustrating. I got tired, and decided to think financially, " Stella.
Advising the youth in Kenya she says, “ start with what you have".
