An outrage is currently being witnessed with the Digital messaging APP WhatsApp as it is temporarily down. According to information sourced by this publication, Users on the App have been facing problems in sending and receiving information.

More than 12,000 reports have been posted within half an hour, according to the service status website Down Detector.
