Busia County Passes BBI Bill
Busia County has passed the Constitution of Kenya Amendment Bill (BBI) making it the fourth county to pass the bill.

The County Assembly on Tuesday, February 16 became the fourth county after Siaya, Kisumu, and Homa Bay county assemblies to pass the Bill.
Only Baringo County has so far rejected the Bill in a chaotic session witnessed last week.
For the Bill to qualify for the next stage 24 out of 47 counties are required to pass the Bill.
