Tonight marks the return of the much anticipated UEFAs Champions League with sizzling fixtures and tantalizing matchups. So what’s in store for the season's first night back?
Arguably the biggest game of the night sees Barcelona welcome Bayern Munich to the Camp Nou, with powerhouse strikers Memphis Depay and Bayern’s Robert Lewandowski facing off against each other, each man will be looking to stamp their dominance in front of goal. This holds the promise of high octane football in front of goal. But with veteran goalkeepers Marc-Andre Ter Steegan and Manuel Neuer in their way, which player and team will come out on top still remains to be seen.
Tuesday also sees the return of Christiano Ronaldo in a red devil’s jersey on Europe’s biggest stage as Manchester United face off against minnows Young Boys. On paper, the game looks down and dusted in Manchester’s favour, but could Young Boys pull off the impossible?
