The guy told the court that his relationship lacked closeness because of his wife's sexual orientation, which resulted in many conflicts.
The magistrate went on to say that efforts to reconcile the couple known as FJO and PNM, who had a child together, were futile.

It is evident that both parties are no longer interested in the marriage and that there is no possibility of reconciliation. In the absence of the contrary, I hereby dissolve the marriage between the petitioner (FJO) and the respondent (PNM),” read the judgment in part delivered on Tuesday, September 7.

They met on Facebook in 2015 and walked down the aisle in 2016, according to the man whose name has been concealed.
FJO, on the other hand, was taken aback when he discovered PNM was not ready to commit to their relationship and even refused him sex after they married for another eight months.

The couple's relationship was beset by difficulties, to the point where they had broken off touch with one another.
However, after a few months, the woman told her sister-in-law that she was a lesbian.

“The respondent confided in my sister and my sister-in-law she was only attracted to females. It was this at this point she disclosed she is a lesbian,” he said in his suit.
