Creamy Avocado and Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
Avocados are highly nutritious and fill you up easily. Blueberries as well are packed with vitamin C and other vital minerals. Avocado and blueberry smoothies are ideal for a quick but healthy breakfast fix.
Here is what you need to do to obtain a thick, creamy, and healthy avocado and blueberry smoothie
Ingredients
1 large ripe avocado
Blueberries
1 cup of plain milk
A teaspoon of cinnamon
1 banana
A spinach leaf
Preparations
Wash the spinach and cut it into small pieces
Peel the avocado and banana, then cut them into pieces
Place the cut spinach, avocado, and banana into a blender
Wash the blueberries and add them to the blender
Add the milk and cinnamon into the blender, then blend it to a smooth consistency.
If you prefer a less thick smoothie, you can add more milk. Bananas add to the creaminess of the smoothie. You can use sweeteners such as dates, honey, and maple syrup in your smoothie if necessary.
