DCI Unmasks The Man Behind The Despicable Sexual Harassment Incident Along Forest Road
The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has announced that it has unmasked the man behind the awful incidence of sexual harassment that occurred along Forest Road.
The suspect, identified as Zachariah Nyaora Obadia, ran into thick air after he escaped through a sewer duct at Mukuru Kaiyaba informal settlement but the DCI promised that it was just a matter of time before arresting him. According to the investigative agency, the suspect was positively identified by his wife and family members from the widely circulating video.

The agency has also given the suspect 24 hours to present himself to the nearest police station. Furthermore, the DCI ordered that anyone who was in the vicinity whether captured on the video or not to present themselves to the nearest police station within 24 hours.
The video went circulating on social media of a woman who was sexually harassed along Forest road by unruly boda-boda riders.
The video caught attention of the President who ordered arrest of the suspects by the relevant authorities and a nationwide crackdown on all boda-boda operators in the country.
The order saw over 200 boda-boda operators arrested in Nairobi yesterday.
Other leaders who commented on the issue include Interior CS, Dr. Fred Matiang’i, who said the government was going to take serious legal action against the suspects.
