Delicious Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
Try this fantastic sandwich recipe for your next breakfast; it is entirely worth it.
Ingredients
Red, green, yellow bell peppers.
A large onion
Carrot
Salt
Spices and seasoning
Slices of bread
Avocado
Lemon
1 Egg
Preparation
Wash and cut up the peppers and carrot into strips
Cut the onion
Add oil in a pan on medium heat, onions, peppers, carrots, and sauté for 2 minutes.
Put aside some of the sauteed vegetables and add the beaten egg into the remaining ones in the pan.
Flip the omelette to let both sides cook on low heat.
Mash up the avocado in a bowl and squeeze some lemon juice into it
Evenly spread the avocado spread on the side of a bread slice.
Take one of the spread slices, top with the omelette and sauteed vegetables, then place the other slice on it.
Salt is optional; it can be added to the avocado spread.
Your sandwich is ready to eat, serve and enjoy your breakfast.
