Duale`s Proposal over Stop on Pornographic Content Display Takes A New Twist
Former Majority Leader Adel Duale is now on the receiving end after he proposed a bill seeking to hinder anyone who downloads, distributes, or shares pornographic materials online.

According to the Garissa Township Member of Parliament proposed Bill, it will see anyone who downloads pornography, distribute, disseminate, circulate, deliver, exhibit, lend for gain, exchange, barter, sell/offer for sale, let on hire/offer to let on hire or offer in anyway attracts affine of Sh20 million or 25 years in jail imprisonment.

However, Duale`s proposal has taken a new twist after a section of Kenyan`s on Twitter {KOT} roasted him online that Duale hasn’t gotten rid of Female Genital Mutilation that is rampant in Garissa County yet he is speaking about ending dissemination of pornographic content online.
Kenyans on Twitter stated that Mr. Duale is busy trying to stop pornographic content dissemination while in Garissa his Home town women are still being mutilated, teen marriages are on the rise and insecurity is at an all-time high.

Female Genital has been on the rise in both Baringo and Garissa counties.
Women undergo the cut at a very tender age and there has been the norm, Education is not a major issue to be focused on.
It is high time leaders come out to fight and echo this too.
