TVET opens 1,300 employment opportunities from 220 colleges

Trainers from Technical and Vocational Institutions have 1,300 open slots ready for employment. The Public Service Commission has adverstised the slots across the 47 counties in 220 institutions..
"Applications are invited from qualified Degree, Higher National Diplomer, and Diplomer holdersfor the position of Vocational and Technical Trainers," The notice read.
The available slots are 588 PSC trainers with a Degree, 398 with Higher Diplomer and 314 with a Diplomer. Interested candidates are advised to submit their requests directly to the institutions with the vacancies. The applications deadline is April17 2023.
The Education Cs Ezekiel Machogu has said that they will be prioritizing the expansion of TVETs through building, equiping and funding the construction of new institution. He also said that he will be working with the Government to ensure efficiencyy.
