Gatundu South MP, Moses Kuria has come out to state clearly his position on the case where the late IEBC ICT boss Chris Msando was brutally murdered.

The 'LoggingOutMsando' documentary released on July 13 by NTV  has sparked many reactions among Kenyans with many people having unanswered questions about the murder of the victims in the case.

According to the documentary, a new revelation was made concerning the lady who was found dead with the late Chris Msando. Carol Ngumbu's family, the lady found dead with the late Msando, revealed what happened just before both victims were murdered.

Several questions have emerged especially concerning who was the real killer of the late Chris Msando. On the other hand, Moses Kuria was also featured to be a part of the case after he was seen in a photo next to the late Chris Msando's car.

In a post shared by Moses Kuria, he had earlier revealed that the late Chris Msando was enjoying his sweet time with a woman and later on went missing.

Taking to his Twitter account, Moses Kuria also revealed some new details about the people he was with on the day he went to where the late Msando's car was parked.

According to him, on the night he had come from campaigns where he was campaigning for Uhuru Kenyatta with Sabina Chege.

"The night we found Musando's vehicle at Roysambu after,we had come from Muranga campaigning for Uhuru Kenyatta with Sabina Chege," Moses Kuria stated.

Moses Kuria has also questioned why he is the only one being questioned while the Murang'a women's representative, Sabina Chege, and President Uhuru Kenyatta have not been questioned.
