In a Twitter post seen by tehis publication, Sakaja warned the public to ignore such allegations stating that they were fake.

This clarification comes hours after the Nairobi Boss on Monday directed that all impounded motorcycles by City Hall and associated with petty offenses be released.

Sakaja  made the directive at City Hall while meeting with county government employees.

In order for Boda Boda and electronic taxis to function in an orderly manner and avoid harassment, Sakaja instructed the county officials to designate drop-off and pick-up areas for them.
