A good day is seen in the morning is a saying that has been heard by many. Although, it is never up to anyone to make our days brighter, rather, it is up to us to ensure that we are on track. Many people eat heavy breakfast in the morning, others do their exercises and others have a cold shower to make sure their day is not tampered with. On the other hand, there are people who just wake up because they have to and since they do not have a routine, they end up spoiling their days and always have a temper. Let us learn on things we should not do in the morning in order to keep our habits on check.

SNOOZING YOUR MORNING ALARMS.

Once your alarm goes in the morning, trying to snooze it will make you feel discouraged and you will keep snoozing. You put it at that time for a reason. Therefore, try to keep your phone or clock across your room so that you will have to get up to switch it off and this will keep you awakened.

EATING RIGHT AWAY.

In the morning the body is still not hydrated and we need to let it settle before we could actually eat. If we eat immediately we wake up, we might end up overeating due to lack of water in our bodies.

NOT HYDRATING.

The body has been metabolizing throughout the night and in the morning, all the fluids have run dry. We need to rehydrate by taking a cup of warm water before our body get to engage in other things.

RUSHING OUT IMMEDIATELY.

Waking up and rushing to wherever places we need to go will make us feel sort of disoriented in our day. We need to wake up early enough, like 30 minutes before, so that we prepare ourselves for the day.

SKIPPING BREAKFAST.

In the days before, breakfast was never a big deal. If I had time to take it, then I did, and if I did not, I would just jump off and proceed with my day. Otherwise, I learnt that breakfast was the most important meal for you. A nutritious breakfast will kick start your metabolism and keep you moving during the day.

Always try to accomplish one each day and you will find yourself having a very productive morning.
