Homabay Woman Beheads Her Son After He Refused Breastfeeding
The mother is currently being detained at Ndhiwa Police Station, while the infant's corpse has since been taken to the morgue.

Ndhiwa residents were on Saturday night treated to a bizarre incident after a woman aged 23 chopped 0ff her son's head after he refused to breastfeed.
Ms. Akoth Otieno reportedly beheaded her son aged one at around 9 pm, while her husband was away. However, close sources indicate that the killer mother is somehow mentally challenged.
Annoyed by her thirdborn's act of refusing to breastfeed, the mother took a panga and beheaded the toddler inside their house, leaving the head and body trunk detached.
Neighbors who arrived on time at the crime scene tied the woman before alerting the area's local administrator. They later filed a report at Ndhiwa Police Post.
Asked the reason behind her inhumane act, she confessed that she got furious after failed numerous attempts to suckle the toddler.
