Confidence: is the feeling or belief that one can have faith in or rely on someone or something. As a parent, you need to boost your child`s confidence in everything.

1. Responsibility and actions

Teach your children how to own up to their actions and be responsible. Teaching children how to take their own responsibility, also teaches them how to appreciate the power of their choices and help them develop sensitivity to the consequences of those choices.

3. Let them be in charge

If you let your children/ child rule or lead others, it will help them to be young leaders. you will provide them with opportunities for decision-making not only for themselves but for the whole family.

NOTE: It is advisable to pass this right on to all family members to avoid Sibling rivalry.

4. Encourage your children to play and pursue their passion

When we support and help our kids discover their passions, we nurture their love of learning and also give them the freedom to travel the world and find their place in it.

Encourage children to engage in and investigate a variety of subjects, but focus on the enjoyment they can gain from them rather than forcing them to discover their skills; they will do so on their own.

5. Expression

Allow and encourage your children to participate in discussions, be open, and respect disagreement and feelings about a particular topic, especially sex issues topics.

Sharing ideas and challenges help children understand that there is a right to exist on more than one opinion in the world.

6. Listen to your children and help them connect feelings and emotions

As a parent always listens to how your children are talking, whether they are arguing about themselves.

Stop what you're doing and pay attention to what your kids are trying to tell you.

They need to understand that the ideas and emotions they have have a purpose. Aid them in recognizing the emotions they are feeling and feel comfortable with them, simply by recognizing them.

7. Avoid Comparison: Avoid using terms such as why are you not as first as your brother, Why are you not as bright as your younger sister. Avoid such words because they make your children feel like lesser human beings and disappointment to a family.
