This is how you can make a loaf of moist banana bread using simple steps and using a hand mixer

Ingredients

¾ cup brown sugar

½ cup margarine

½ teaspoon of eggs

1½ cups of all-purpose flour

½ a teaspoon of baking soda

3 overripe bananas, peeled and mashed

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

½ cup of chocolate chips

½ cup of raisins

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F, and butter a loaf tin.

In a mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar until fluffy.

Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth and add them to the margarine and sugar mixture along with the lightly beaten eggs and whisk well until blended.

Sieve the flour, add the baking soda and salt, and mix them in a separate bowl.

Add the batter into the bowl with the mixed flour and whisk.

Add the vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and raisins into the batter and mix.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin.
