How to make Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie

The greatest way to start your day is with a pineapple turmeric smoothie, which combines tropical fruits with immune-boosting components to produce a deliciously healthful beverage.

How to make Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie

There is no need to add additional sweeteners because this pineapple-turmeric smoothie is creamy and naturally sweet.

Frozen pineapples: For a thicker consistency, frozen pineapple chunks work best.

Bananas: Use a fresh banana instead of a frozen one because the pineapple chunks will chill the smoothie; however, if you prefer, frozen bananas are acceptable.

Turmeric: Both fresh and ground turmeric is okay. A teaspoon of crushed turmeric or a tablespoon of freshly grated turmeric is equal to one inch of fresh turmeric.

Ginger: If fresh ginger is unavailable, use dried ginger instead, they, however, do add a somewhat different flavor to the smoothie

Milk: Any type of milk will work in this smoothie, but non-dairy milk is ideal because it has anti-inflammatory properties. Choose from oat milk, almond milk, or cashew milk.
