This recipe shows you how to cook wonderful honey garlic pork chops with crispy and caramelized edges in a thick honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

4 pork chops

3 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

8 cloves minced garlic

1/4 cup honey

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

A bunch of coriander

Salt to taste

Procedure

Season chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder just before cooking.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat until hot.

Parch chops on both sides until golden and cooked through then place them on a plate and put aside.

Reduce heat to medium add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add the honey, water, and vinegar then continue to cook until the sauce slightly thickens slightly

Add pork back into the pan, mix generously with the sauce, and grill until edges are slightly charred.

Garnish with coriander and serve over rice or a preferred dish.
