IG Mutyambai Names Bruno Isoho New Police Spokesperson
Bruno Isohi Shioso has been selected as the new Police Spokesperson by Inspector General of Police Hilary Mutyambai.

Shioso was on a UN secondment mission in New York for the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
Shioso succeeds Charles Owino, who was promoted to deputy director of the Kenya National Focal Point on Small Arms and Light Weapons (KNFP) in May.
Owino's transfer came months after he expressed interest in running for governor of Siaya in the 2022 General Election.
He said in February that he will retire in December to prepare for the elections.
“For the time being, I am still in office and cannot speak much about politics. What you need know is that retirement is a process, and at the age of 60, it is referred to as forced retirement.
