IT Guru who Worked with IEBC in the Concluded Elections Goes Missing

 Some shocking news was reported on Saturday 20th August another Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission  IT consultant was reported missing.

A source privy to www.brightkenyanews revealed that the It expert and businessman went missing while coming from his office along Ngong Road.

Prior to his abduction, his wife revealed that the proprietor of an information technology (IT) company had been serving as a temporary IT consultant for the IEBC. She reported this to the authorities on Thursday, August 18.

"It was reported by one Flora Alouch that yesterday 18/8/2022 at about 2000hrs her husband one Japhet Dibo an adult male who owns Dial Africa an information technology company located along Ngong road Kism building went missing.

"She alleges that the said man was working with the IEBC temporarily during the just concluded general elections as an ''IT'' consultant and that yesterday he left the said Kism towers with an unknown man and he never showed up again," read the police report in part.

The missing man was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and a navy blue trouser and he's of medium built.
However, the case is now under the Directorate of Criminal investigations in Kilimani for thorough combing.
His disappearance comes at a time an IEBC Returning Officer, Daniel Mbolu Musyoka who was stationed at Embakasi East during the general elections went missing on 10th August only to be found dead in Oloitoktok on 15th August.

Later after thorough investigations by the DCI an unidentified woman and a boda boda rider were seen talking to Musyoka on the CCTV tape that police were able to recover, and they were designated as persons of interest.

He was being observed by CCTV outside an entertainment venue in Tassia, Embakasi East when the woman came up to him. Before he left, the boda boda rider, who was riding with a pillion passengers, started a conversation with him.

At roughly 9.00 am, Musyoka was also said to have fled the tallying facility. His security had admitted that the man had excused himself to make a call but had then vanished without a trace.

Security personnel also reported that he left the tallying facility at the constituency through the rear door and made his way outside on foot. According to the video, on the day he was reported missing, Musyoka was seen outside the East African School of Aviation between 10.30 and 10.39 am.

In the meantime, Detectives are attempting to determine how, considering that Church Road was only 1.2 kilometers away from the East African School of Aviation, he was able to go there in such a short amount of time.
