JOBS: Graphic Design Intern at Aspira Kenya

The Graphic Design Intern is responsible for providing support for the marketing department through a variety of channels, print, digital, web, video, and others as assigned. The Graphic Design intern will report to the Marketing Lead and will assist with the development and design of core Aspira graphics, logos, collateral event materials, and a variety of other creative tasks as assigned.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects (Premier pro an added advantage)

• Roles and Tasks:
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals, collaterals, and videos based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, mockups, videos, and other designs using Adobe Creative Suite Use the appropriate design principles for each project
• Test graphics across various media and channels
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Work is remote, with update meetings once-a-week and only when necessary for important projects. Must have own Laptop.
