Position Scope:

Reporting to the Senior Credit Officer, the successful candidates will be responsible for customer acquisition and loan origination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create awareness of GFL products and services in order to ensure sustainable business growth
2. Customer onboarding through the Point of Sale Device (BSS)
3. Loan origination through the POS device (BSS)
4. Actively take part in sales activities organized by GFL or any other farmers' forums  in order to acquire business
5. Offer excellent customer experience while interacting with customers on different channels
6. Gather  feedback  from customers  on GFL products and their experience to seek improvement
7. Ensure compliance with GFL policies and procedures

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies:

1. Must have a minimum KCSE Mean Grade of C-
2. Diploma in Business related field
3. Experience in sales will be an added advantage
4. Must be computer literate
5. Good understanding of the tea industry dynamics.
6. Ability to plan and execute sales activities.
7. Demonstrate a high degree of sensitivity, confidentiality, and integrity when dealing with customers.
8. Excellent communication skills including vernacular

Remuneration:

1. Customer registration: is Kshs 50 per customer
2. Loan origination: 0.75% commission on net disbursed loan amount. based.
