Jubilee Party Executive Director James Waweru is dead.
Waweru died while undergoing treatment at Karen Hospital in Nairobi on Tuesday, March 23.
He had served as Sports Permanent Secretary and Nairobi Provincial Commissioner during the Mwai Kibaki regime.
Jubilee Secretary General Raphael Tuju is expected to issue a statement at the Lee Funeral Home on his death.
Waweru took over operations at the Jubilee Party headquarters in February 2020, when Tuju was unwell.
