JUST IN: All Public Toilets in Nairobi Are Free of Charge (Video)
Nairobi Metropolitan Services, NMS, has given a directive effective on Thursday 13th that all public toilets in Nairobi be free of charge.
Christine Juma However, the public concern has been based on the fact that security issues will have deteriorated and the filthy state of how the toilets will be.
Earlier on the elusive ten shillings or twenty shillings had always put off Kenyansfrom accessing these public toilets. Over the years, they've been known as cash cows for anyone that owns and operates them.
