Mathira legislator led mourners and other politicians in sending off Christopher Nderitu who got killed by VIP cars rushing to President Kenyatta's event.

Mr. Christopher Nderitu, the physically challenged man who was knocked to death by vehicles belonging to certain politicians. 

The vehicles were reportedly rushing to Sagana lodge where President Kenyatta was hosting some delegates for a meeting.

During the send-off, Mathira legislator Rigathi Gachagua together with his colleague Ole Sankok, and nominated Senate representative Isaac Mwaura called upon detectives to speed up the investigations with the next two weeks. 

"If you do not make any arrests in 14 days we shall hold demonstrations demanding action from the police," warned Ole Sankok.

Senator Mwaura vowed that they won't sit and watch vehicles fueled by taxpayer's money kill the same people they should be protecting. 

The late Nderitu died after he was run over by two VIP cars along Karundas-Chaka Road. Gachagua urged the government and leaders not to relent until justice was served to the late Nderitu.
