Kenyans Contribute Ksh 500,000 to Esther Njihia After Her Story Went Viral

Esther who was once a tycoon was conned Ksh 40 million prompting her to hawk porridge and arrow roots in Nairobi. Kenyans have shown kindness through their contribution to help her back to her feet.

Esther Njihia was once a tycoon; in the early 2000s,through her efforts in her business of selling furniture, photocopier machines, vehicles and building materials imported from Dubai. She was living in Nakuru until she felt the urge to expand her business and open another Nairobi. Her friends had coaxed her to invest in a company known as Desi where she was promised that her money would triple. Unfortunately Esther was conned her Ksh 40 million which resulted in her hawking business in Nairobi. She shared her story during a  YouTube interview with Jeremy Damaris which went viral and touched the hearts of kind Kenyans. In the past seven days she has received Ksh 500,000  She was grateful for the Kenyans who showed mercy. Esther will no longer have to sell porridge and arrow roots.

She also said that her previous failure to pay tithes in church contributed to her loss and urged people to do so.
