Kim Kardashian is officially divorced, at least in the eyes of the law.

According to a source close to the reality star, a Los Angeles judge accepted the reality TV star's plea to modify her marital status on Wednesday.
Her liberty comes three months after she submitted her plea to be deemed legally single. Kanye West, her estranged spouse, was against the request. For the past year, the former couple has been involved in a heated divorce battle.
The ex-couple have four children together and have been married for seven years.7-yea-old North,5-year-old Saint,3-year-old Chicago and 21-month -old Psalm.
Kardashian wrote in divorce documents published by CNN last week, "I desperately want to be divorced. I asked Kanye to keep our divorce a secret, but he has refused. Kanye has been spreading disinformation on social media about our private family concerns and co-parenting, causing emotional hardship."
"I think that the Court dissolving our marriage status will help Kanye understand that our married connection is gone and to move ahead on a better path that will assist us in peacefully co-parenting our children," Kardashian continued in her court filing.
In the last few months, Kardashian has been linked to "SNL" actor Pete Davidson, while West has been linked to influencer Chaney Jones.
