Roseline Odede, the chairperson of Kenya National Commission on Human Right (KNCHR), has questioned the conduct of the police and protestos during the  chaotic Azimio la Umoja mass action on Monday.

Roseline was detested in the results of the mass action which led to destructions, arrests, killings and injuries. She said that they are working with Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) to make sure perpetrators are brought into book and charged if found guilty. 

"KNCHR reitariates the need for Kenya police service officers to adhere to the checklist on public order management during protest and assemblies.  The standards are very clear and and must be followed ." Ms. Roseline stated. She also added that the commission with monitor the ongoing situations.
