KOT Fan Blasted for Lying Over DP Ruto`s Make up Artist Resignation
A Kenyan on Twitter fan identified as Engineer Makogoti found himself on the receiving end on Friday 18th after he allegedly posted that Kenya`s Deputy President William Ruto`s long-term serving makeup artist had resigned.

According to Makogoti`s post on Twitter, it stated that the Dp`s makeup artist Joy Maringa had resigned due to delayed payments.
The tweet also stated that Joy had to quit her duties of serving the second man in command due to extreme Pressure at work and an unconducive working environment.

Joy had been serving as the United Democratic Alliance party leader for six years before she rendered her resignation letter.
In 2020 Joy expressed her experience when she was assigned the task of grooming the DP during a TV Interview. She stated that the second commander in chief was a nice, warm, quiet, and welcoming person.
"Of course, I had the jitters. I was contacted by a media company to do his makeup. We went to his residence in Karen with the crew and when we arrived, he offered us dinner. He was nice, warm, quiet, and welcoming. However, he was very categorical that we should not apply lip balm" She stated.
However, fans on Twitter became furious with the tweet further terming it as fake and as a way of fighting the DP president politically.
