KPLC MD Bernard Ngugi Steps Down

The Kenya Power and lightning Company {KPLC} Managing Director Benard Ngugi stepped down as the company`s staff on Wednesday 4th August.

His resignation was announced by KPLC to their esteemed customers.

Ngugi served as KPLC MD since 2019 when he was appointed by President Uhuru Kenyatta.  He served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company.

However, KPLC also announced that Rosemary Oduor, who was General Manager Commercial Services and Sales will take over as acting MD for a while.

On the other hand, Ngugi was the General Manager in charge of the Supply Chain before replacing Jared Othieno held the Managing Director position in an Acting capacity.
