Lemon And Garlic Dill Oven Roasted Potatoes Recipe
A healthy way of cooking potatoes is by avoiding using vegetable oil thus oven roasting potatoes enables you to achieve that. This recipe will enable you to get crispy and well-cooked potatoes.
Ingredients
8 medium-sized red potatoes
A handful of freshly chopped dill
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 lemon
1 tbsp paprika
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Procedure
Slice the potatoes into halves
Dice the dill into tiny pieces
Mix the dill, paprika, black pepper, garlic, and olive oil in a large bowl
Add the potatoes and toss to enable them to get the coating
Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet
Set the oven to 400 degrees and bake for 20 minutes
