City Lawyer Cliff Ombeta To Be Investigated While He Represents Pastor Ezekiel Odero

According to the Law Society of Kenya launches an investigation on Lawyer Ombeta`s legal status while he prepares to represent the controvasial Pastor Ezekiel.
In 2022 and 2023, Ombeta was accused of practising law without a practising certificate. Following this, the socety has assured not to repeat the same mistake.
Florence Muturi, the CEO of LSK has written a letter, stating that the allegations against the lawyer are under investigations and that the Advocates Disciplinary Tribunal will decide his fate once the results are out.
The lawyer`s status was changed on Tuesday, May 2 from Inactive to Active, 2023. He had tabled his practising certificate before the council and was aproved.
The controvasial pastor Ezekiel hired Cliff Ombeta together with Danstan Omari to represent him on his case on Saturday, April 29.
