Azimio la Umoja supporters fill the streets of Nairobi protesting The police are using teargas to disperse them to avoid any chaos. Senate Minority Leader Stewart Madzayo is among those who have been arrested.
Police are also camping in kibera, trying to reinforce peace.
There have been shooting reports with one person shot in Kibera. The protestors are throwing stones and disrupting business and motorists on the streets.
Kibera is known as Raila`s political base which calls for more security in the area.
