Magical Là Pulga earns comeback for Parisians
Paris Saint-Germain forward Lionel Messi celebrates his goal against Leipzig in their UCL clash last night. Messi scored a brace as the Parisians emerged 3-2 victors.

Both sides are reknowned for their aggressive counter attacks but it was the hosts who took advantage as German Julian Draxler found Kylian Mbappe and the 22 year-old French man drilled the ball past Peter Gulàsci who was left routed on the spot.

PSG struggled to defend in the wide areas and this was just the opportunity Andre Silva needed as he evaded the PSG centrebacks on multiple occasions. The Portuguese forward hit the post 27 mins in before equalizing a min later. Leipzigs quick transitions seemed too much for PSG and one in particular  caught the Parisians lurking as Angeliño delivered a pinpoint low cross that Andre Silva tapped in home to score his maiden European goal for his new club since making the switch from Frankfurt.

'Die Rotten Bullen' continued exploiting the flanks and managed to take the lead fen mins after the restart. Angeliño being the provider once again as he delivered a superb cross to fellow wingback Nordi Mukiele who finished the move past Keylor Navas to give the Red Bull boys the lead.

The home team responded quickly as Morrocan Achraf Hakimi set up Kylian Mbappe who in turn squared it to Messi and of course you know what happened next. The Argentine finished his chance on the rebound after his initial attempt was tipped onto the post.

Draxler and Mbappe deemed to be a thorn in Leipzigs' flesh as they terrorized Jesse Marsch's men repetitively with the latter winning a penalty after being brought down in the area by Mohammed Simakan. Messi stepped up to the plate and slotted the ball emphatically with an exquisite cheap down the centre of the goal to ensure a PSG victory. The Parisians are high on confidence as they have just lost one game out of a possible 29 at home in the Champions League.
