After his armory cum office was discovered to contain 22 different guns and more than 500 rounds, He turned himself in to the authorities at Kilimani police station for questioning after

Lugwili, the owner of Vic. Technologies Limited, had fallen behind on his rent accruing a debt of Ksh 4,962,990, which prompted the landlord, to request a court order permitting him to enter the property.

Detectives from Nairobi's Kilimani are DCI Anti-Terror Police Unit (ATPU) had begun a manhunt for the suspect after the discovery of the weapons.

The DCI reported in a statement on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, that the suspect had fled after learning he was wanted.

He had been given 24 hours to surrender to the closest DCI offices as detectives from the ATPU started searching for him.

"The suspect who has since gone into hiding is wanted and has 24 hours to surrender to the nearest DCI offices,".
