Man Kidnaps & Kills His 3-year-old Boy Before Killing Himself
Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations are looking into an incident in which a man killed his 3-year-old kid before killing himself in Mukuru kwa Njenga, Nairobi.

The man identified as Victor Ayieko is said to have abducted the son after sneaking into his ex-wife's home when she had left for work. Upon returning home Nancy Adhiambo and her husband Christopher Okeyo discovered that the woman's former husband had been seen leaving with the boy on a motorcycle.
The two then rushed to Ayieko's house at the nearby Mukuru kwa Njenga where they discovered the boy was lying dead on the suspect's bed and Ayieko's body hanging from an electric cable nearby.
Ayieko's suicide note and Ksh.500 were discovered on the table, directing Adhiambo to purchase airtime and notify his entire family of his death.
The DCI has requested parents to be more careful with whom the leave their children with whenever they're away.
"Owing to the increased cases of missing children in city estates, parents and guardians are urged to guarantee the safety and security of their children, by leaving them in the hands of responsible adults whenever they are away," the DCI said.
