Man Shoots Pregnant Wife Then Kills Self in Kiambu
Kiambu man, 42, shoots 30-year-old wife Philomena Njeri dead before committing suicide. Investigations sourced by bright Kenya news revealed that Jonathan Mukundi, a licensed firearm holder, shot his wife Philomena Njeri in the head before taking his own life using the same weapon make Glock Mini S / No BEZA475.

The incident was reported by the deceased friend Robert Charago Njuguna on Tuesday 3rd August around 1801hours that his friend Jonathan Mukundi Gachunga was not picking up his calls, an incident that appeared so suspicious to him.
Njuguna reported the case at the Kiambu police station where he was accompanied by the officers to Gachunga`s home.
Upon reaching, they found the bedroom was locked from inside. They were forced to break the door where the two bodies were found lifeless.
The bodies of the two were moved to Kenyatta Referral Hospital Mortuary awaiting autopsy results.
The motive of the brutal killing remains unestablished.
