Man Stabs Brother To Death Over Stolen Poultry
In Senyende village, Kakamega County, police are investigating an incident in which a man stabbed his brother to death over a missing chicken.

According to reports, the suspect murdered his younger brother, whom he suspected of stealing three chickens from his home.
After an argument over the whereabouts of the chicken, the accused allegedly attacked his brother and stabbed him in the chest with a sharp knife, according to their family.
Bonventure, 37, is being held by police after he attacked and killed his younger brother Augustine, 35.
According to Shinyalu Sub-County Police Commander Robert Makau, enraged villagers attacked the suspect before he was rescued and sent to the hospital
“The suspect is undergoing treatment at the Kakamega County General Hospital. He will be charged with murder once he is discharged from the hospital,” said the police commander.
The suspect is in critical condition at the Kakamega County General Hospital after being beaten by enraged locals for stabbing his brother to death with a knife.
The deceased's body was transported to the local mortuary.
