According to information from the DCI Milton was picked from his house in Mumias, after preliminary investigations connected him to Juma`s killing that attracted the attention of the country.

Other information from the DCI has revealed that Juma and his family had just finished their evening meal at their house in Mumias' Ebuyenjere hamlet when his assailants arrived.

Children who were eating their supper outside the house earlier in the night reported seeing silhouettes of humans crouching behind the fence.

They further returned to the house and informed their parents, who were unconcerned with the situation. They noticed a commotion in the sheep pen, and the sheep began bleating shortly after, leading Juma and his 17-year-old son to hurry outdoors to man the situation.

However, a bunch of men armed with machetes ambushed them before they could figure out what was going on, chopping Juma to death. His teenage son, on the other hand, narrowly avoided death by fleeing to the farm.

The arrest of the suspected killer comes at a time Farida Juma, the Harambee stars wife revealed that he was hacked to death at 9 pm on Wednesday over a land dispute.

This is after her husband had revealed to her earlier complaining that someone had been after his parcel of land a while back.

Juma has been a loyal fan of Hrambeee Star and AFC leopards since 1980. His love and support for the two teams were characterized by him dying his hair, body parts to resemble the specific team he was supporting at the moment.

He would also paint his torso and trunk with Kenyan national flag colors, with white marks on his face, a color that denotes peace in the national flag.

Juma had his own private stand where he would cheer on the squad during games. He'd also appear at national events such as Jamhuri Day, Madaraka Day, and Labour Day. Juma was able to support Harambee Stars in over 10 nations during his lifetime, including Nigeria, Tunisia, Cameroon, and Guinea.

Kenya`s Deputy President William Ruto mourned Juma as a friendly, ever jovial, and passionate soccer supporter who always stood with the two teams.
