Everyday is a special day somewhere in the World. To major in today`s world, we begin with the fact that it is the World Red Cross Day. It is also known as the Worl Red Cross and Red Crescent Day.  The day is set aside to specially honor the Red cross founder and the the recipient of the first Nobel Peace Prize, Henry Dunant.

World Ovarian Cancer Day. The day is set aside to create awareness on ovarian cancer. It aims at encouraging the Government and private institutions to dedicate more resources towards the field. Ovarian cancer attacks the ovaries. Women with this disease develop bloating, difficulty in eating, abdominal pains and frequently urinating jusst to mention a few. Ovarian cancer, like any other cancer can be treated when diagonized at an early stage.

National Donkeys day.  Donkeys are among the animals that offer services to humans around the globe. The animal serves as a beast of burden, bearing with all climatic condition and is barely taken care of. They are known for their endurance. Ark Raziq created the national donkeys`  day and was made official in 2018 to celebrate the services offered by donkeys

Truman Day. Harry S. Truman is an icon and is celebrated in areas of Missouri. Truman decided to drop the  atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki during the final days of World War II. Truman day is celebrated in Missouri and workers get a paid-off day. He was the only U.S President from the State. He is also celebrated in the United States Democratic party. His legacy is remembered as a leader when he also served as a senator and a president.
