CAS Millicent Omanga Defends Herself

A steamy video has been making rounds in social media alleged to be of the former nominated Senator Millicent Omanga. The Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) has finally broken silence on her defence following the attacks. She has responded in a Bible quote.

Investigations are underway to determine whether the video is really hers or it was manipulated. According to the Law passed in 2018, itis illegal to publish someone else`s digital information online.
" A person who transfers, publishes or transmits, including making a digital image availablefor distribution or download via telecommunications network or by any other means of computer data transfer commits offence and will be held legally responsible, if convicted by paying a fine not exceeding Ksh.200,000 or imprisonment not exceeding two years or both," the law states.
