Moist Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp fine sea salt
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups grated carrots
½ cup raisins
Procedure
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a baking tin using margarine and flour then line the bottoms with parchment paper
Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl until well combined.
Whisk together the oil, sugars, and vanilla in a separate dish then add the eggs one at a time until fully mixed.
Add the dry ingredients to the second dish and gently stir to a smooth batter.
Mix the carrots and raisins in the mixing bowl with the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Insert a toothpick into the center of the cake and if it comes out clean the cake is ready.
