With Moringa + Yam porridge, cold will never be an issue. The combination is always good for cold flue and strength. For a good reason, it is most advised that men take it more. The porridge does not have time limitations but having it in the morning would do your day a great favour.

To make, you will need;

  • A tablespoon Moringa powder
  • Three large yams {for a group of 8 people)
  • Groundnuts
  • 1 litre milk 
  • Honey or sugar (enough)
  • Ginger

To prepare;

  • Boil the yams
  • crush groundnuts and ginger to powder 
  • Boil the milk
  • Mix the crushed grounduts, Moringa powder and milk, keep stirring then add ginger. Add the yams and keep mixing until it is even. 

Note: You might blend the yams and the mixture in the blender until it is all even before transferring it to a gas on a low heat till it is ready

Ready to serve.
