A presidential aspirant in the 2022 general elections Mukhisa kituyi has denied being filmed in the explicit video going viral across all social media platforms.

It is alleged that Dr. Kituyi stated in a post that the photoshopped edited video going rounds on social media purporting to expose his private parts doesn’t in any way whatsoever depict the true representation of his private parts.

Kituyi also added that the stories and the video were false and are therefore aimed at killing his political career.

The Kenya Film and classification board CEO Ezekiel Mutua condemned the evil act and stated that it`s wrong to make videos of others with or without their consent. It is therefore a breach of  Films and stage plays Act Cap 222.

“No film or class of film for public exhibition shall be made without a  filming license from the board” Read  Ezekiel Ezekiel Mutua`s tweet.

This comes barely hours after Dr. Kituyi found himself in a hot soup after his alleged ‘side-chick' leaked his bedroom nude video.
In the viral video that has taken social media by a storm, Kitui is seen on a couch in an undisclosed hotel room, seemingly drunk and stack in a birthday suit.

However, on May 22, Diana Opemi Lutta claimed Kituyi brutally assaulted her after refusing to bend down to his bedroom demands.

She proceeded to file a case against him at Nyali police station under OB number 10/22/05/2021.

Diana alleged that the politician went violent pushed her from the bed and continuously kicked her while on the floor leading to her sustaining injuries on her left knee.

"Assault report to the station by one Diana Opemi Lutta who had submitted a report on May 22, 2021. She has been assaulted by a person known to her within Tamarind village, namely Mukhisa Kituyi whom she claims to be her boyfriend,” read the statement.
