There is a new twist as Myanmar Junta leader Senior General Min Aung Hlaing stated that Myanmar residents have been destroying the country with their daily occurrence demonstrations.

This statement comes at a time Myanmar Junta Troops opened fire on pro-democracy protesters on Wednesday 7th, killing at least 15 people and wounding dozens.

According to Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who is the leader of the army coup that ousted Myanmar’s elected government, Suu Kyi, on Feb.1, the civil disobedience movement’s aim was “to destroy” the country and nothing else good for the country.

Elsewhere in Myanmar, a series of small blasts hit the commercial capital Yangon and a Chinese-owned factory was set ablaze and valuables were lost.

Up to date, the military coup that begun seizing power on February 1st has claimed 600 lives of civilians in the turmoil this is according to an activist group. Nationwide protests and strikes have persisted despite the bloodshed.

Nationwide protests and strikes have persisted since then despite the ruling military’s use of lethal force to quell the opposition even as their leader Suu Kyi remains under house arrest where she has been denied the access of her lawyer and freedom of movement.
