No One Will Be Forced to Join UDA
The Deputy President has assured Kenya Kwanza affiliates will not be forced to join UDA party
The deputy president, Rigathi Gachagua has assured the Kenya Kwanza party bmembers that they will not be forced to join the UDA party. Rigathi said that he advised the party`s Secretary General, Cleophas Malala not to force anyone into the pary.
Cleophas Malala has recently been calling out for Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi,National Asembly speaker Moses Wetangula and his Senate Counterpart Amason Kingi and Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary Dr.Alfred Mutua who are in different parties like Ford Kenya, Pamoja African Alliance and Maendeleo Chap Chap respectfully, that they can only be in the government if they dissolve their party membership.
According to the Political Parties Act, upon reciept of the request, the registrar shall gazzette within seven days the dissolution and transfer the records, assets, liabilities rights and obligations of parties.
